Lark Hill Riesling 2021

The slow and late vintage at Lark Hill produces an intense and aromatic Riesling with vibrant lime, green apple and mineral notes underscored by zesty acidity.
Their delicious dry Rieslings evolve beautifullly over the years, retaining freshness and balance.
The Riesling vines were their first plantings in 1978, high on the Lake George escarpment, 30km from Canberra , and 38 rewarding vintages have amply demonstrated the match of this great variety to their site.

Lark Hill Vineyard is farmed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to preserve and emphasise its unique terroir.
