Marsala All-uovo is a dessert wine, rich in flavour but not overly sweet, and forms the basis of the Italian confection Zabaglione.
In association with Italian culture, Boronia was named after a scented Western Australia wildflower, which itself was named after an Italian botanist, Francesco Borone.
