Only after maturation of approximately 20 months in new and one year-old French barriques – and continual sensory analysis – is the final blend for this ultra-limited wine completed.
Nose:
Lifted aromas of rich blueberry, blackberry and loganberry fruits, underscored with dark chocolate, warm spices and freshly ground coffee aromas.
Palate:
Intense, seamless and velvety, led by concentrated fruit and perfectly balanced spicy oak results in a tremendously complex palate with a fine tannin finish.
