Sinapius Gruner Veltliner 2021
Sinapius is located in the heart of the Pipers Brook wine region in Northern Tasmania, above the banks of the Pipers Brook. The original 2-hectare vineyard was purchased by Vaughn Dell & Linda Morice, in 2005.
The Grüner Veltliner was handpicked and destemmed allowing a few hours of skin contact prior to pressing. The wine was naturally fermented in a new, 1500 litre oak foudré, where it remained on yeast lees for 10 months.
