Highly perfumed and delicate aromas of lemon blossom and kaffir lime leaf. Some talcy mineral notes add complexity.
Palate:
Concentrated around a core of fresh kaffir lime, lemon drop lollies. Spear-like acidity and a slightly talcy texture are markers of the region and season.
