Philip Shaw ‘The Architect’ Chardonnay

Fruit for The Architect comes from Philip Shaw's younger vines planted in 1995. This Chardonnay displays an excellent light medium colour with a hint of green and an aroma that is bright with hints of honey.

The Architect is not overtly fruity and its time on lees and in old barrels for around 6 months has given a subtle elegant fruit character with fine texture.
