Paringa Estate Pinot Gris

We build texture and complexity in this wine by fermenting a portion of the juice in aged puncheons. The remainder is fermented in stainless steel, giving it fresh aromas and lively varietal characters.

2025 is pure delight on the nose! It’s highly aromatic, with crisp notes of pear and apple underscored with hints of nectarine. The palate is rich and textured, with vibrant fruit flavours, and excellent balance.
