Paringa Estate Chardonnay 2022

The fruit for this wine came from our ‘Estate’ and Callanan’s Road vineyards.

The fruit was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, and the unclarified juice was fermented in a combination of new and seasoned French oak puncheons. It was stirred monthly in barrel, to build weight and complexity.

Lemon sherbet notes mingle with subtle barrel ferment characters to create a complex, powerful nose. Citrus vitality, texture, and lively acidity define the palate. It’s intensely flavoured with a long, bright finish.
