It’s the perfect place to grow streamlined, elegant Chardonnay, with cool nights allowing long ripening for the fruit. As far as Chardonnay goes, it’s God’s Country.

To maintain the purity and finesse of this release, more than half of the fruit was fermented in concrete lending texture without the flavour influence of too much wood.

This is a blindingly delicious wine from Young, with all aspects coming together in perfect harmony. Delish.
