Nose:
A vibrant light green colour. Green apple, lime sorbet, kaffir lime leaves, with flinty, minerally notes and dried green tea leaves.
Palate:
Pure lime with brighter citrus fruit blushes and spice. With a tangy, salty, chalky texture this radiates on many levels with the best of Clare Valley linear notes and fruitier Tasmanian grapes, leaving the mouth puckered.
