Warramate Pinot Noir

Dark fruited with blue and black cherries, some aniseed spice and a hint of stalk heightening the fragrance element. This wine sits firmly in the medium weighted silky characteristic of Pinot noir yet has good concentration.  An elegant fruit palate, some whole bunch use bringing some stalk tannin and  structure, mostly seasoned oak was used for maturation with 10% new French oak to highlight the fruit purity and bring further structure into the wine.
