Vietti Barolo ‘Rocche di Castiglione’ 2021
Vietti’s Barolo Rocche di Castiglione is a premium wine made from grapes grown in one of the oldest vineyards in the entire Barolo region, in Rocche di Castiglione Falletto. This vineyard has vines planted in 1940, 1950 and 1968, with a southern exposure and steep, sloping terraces. The soil is Marly with a yellow-blue tinge and the vineyard is trained with the Guyot training system. The density of the vines is around 4600 plants per hectare, and the altitude is around 330 m asl.
