Snake + Herring Dirty Boots Cabernet

The Dirty Boots has a complex aroma of blackberry, blackcurrant, bay leaf, black olive and some light violet flora ls. The palate shows more savoury notes including dark chocolate earth and spicy oak. The structure is tight and youthful, with ample fine grained tannins well tuned to the fruit weight and length. One of our best Dirty Boots. Best enjoyed in the company of a border collie.
