Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Shiraz 2018

The Pinnacle Series are single vineyard wines which best display the outstanding sub regional terroir of their estate vineyards. This, their best, most concentrated Shiraz comes each year from ‘The Ridge’, a small part of our Griffin Road home vineyard. Hand picked, naturally fermented by wild yeasts in small open fermenters and matured in French barriques for eighteen months, this wine is powerful, aromatic and densely layered, showing the capacity of our region for growing unique, concentrated Shiraz.
