Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The Pinnacle Series are single vineyard wines which best display the outstanding sub regional terroir of our estate vineyards. This, our best, most concentrated Cabernet is selected from ‘The Ridge’, a small part of our Griffin Road home vineyard. Hand picked, naturally fermented by wild yeasts in one small open fermenter and mature in French barriques for eighteen months, this wine is powerful, aromatic and densely layered, with cassis, cedar and fine, spicy oak.
