Nose:
Incredibly inviting and perfumed nose of cassis, mulberry, hints of spice. The tell-tale leafy characteristic of cabernet sauvignon in the background. Some gentle oak derived notes of cigar box and char adding to the complex bouquet.
Palate:
Concentrated and intense
berry flavours spanning the
spectrum. Red currants, cassis,
and mulberry all evident. The
palate structure of bright acid and
gentle fine tannins is seamless in
balance and flow. Very long finish.
