The Phantom of the Vineyard protects and honours the vineyard workers, who over the years before the Romans, have planted and cultivated precious vineyards using traditional farming practices. The Phantom thus reminds us of those “unsung heroes of wine” who we sometimes forget to acknowledge, but who have been integral in the process of making the wines we have grown to enjoy today.
