Paolo Scavino Langhe Nebbiolo

Winemaker Enrico Scavino straddles the modernist/traditionalist styles of Barolo, utilising native yeasts and favouring shorter macerations, but only using neutral barriques for the initial ageing period (10 months -to set colour) before transferring his wines to old large format oak for 12 months.
