MAN Family Wines Bosstok Pinotage

Pinotage, a South African grape variety, is a cultivated cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. “Bosstok” refers to the untrellised bush-vine vineyards which are commonly found in the Agter-Paarl region of the Cape Coast. Bush-vine Pinotage grows close to the ground, producing lower yields but concentrated and flavourful grapes.

This medium-bodied wine is modern in style. Extraction is gentle and oaking is moderate, preserving the wine’s fresh and vibrant fruit profile.
