By supporting over twenty-five local Barossa family growers, some of which are fifth and sixth generation Barossa growers that hail from many of the varied ‘Villages’ and sub-regions, we can in turn create regional Barossa blends that provide the winemaking team a cross section of developed flavour profiles to showcase.

Nose:
A lifted aroma of Satsuma Plum and juicy red fruits with savoury, roasty and white pepper hints.
Palate:
Bright, sweet fruit flows over the tongue giving a lovely full palate yet medium body. Fine white pepper and sweet spice add to the complexity with silky tannins flowing onto the fruitful and slightly peppery finish.
