Fowles Farm to Table Shiraz
This Shiraz was picked from a mix of older blocks in our Upton Run Vineyard in the Strathbogie Ranges. The fruit was fermented in a sweeping arm fermenter, adding yeast to promote glycerol, mouthfeel and varietal spice. The wine was basked in skins for 14 days to promote a rich colour and matured in a mix of older oak and staves in tank resulting in a medium body red wine with light tannins.

Fresh dark pepper and spice, holding lots of dark fruits, plums and forest berries.
Palate:
A plush entry to palate with soft but full mouthfeel. Texture gives support and structure hinting black currants, berries and plum, with spice on the finish.
