One of Italy’s most famous wine varietals, and meeting all the standards to qualify for the celebrated DOC classification, this montepulciano is from a prestigious Abruzzi vineyard first planted by Princess Margaret of Austria and her husband Price Ottavio Farnese in the 1500’s. The anchient vinyard enjoys unique microclimatic conditions and temperature range enabling the production of rich, complex and consistent wines.
