“Specifically sourced fruit from premium vineyards across the broader South Eastern Australia regions to create single varietal wines that are not only unique, generous in flavour but ultimately consistent in quality year on year.

The idea of the limited small parcel black shiraz was born to create a blend of our favourite premium Shiraz from around Australia. The selected parcels for our first release are from Mount Lofty – South Australia, Gundagai – New South Wales and Heathcote in Victoria” – Berton Vineyard.
