Maidenii La Tonique Quinquina 750ml

This wonderful aromatised wine is produced from Heathcote Viognier grapes. Similar to their vermouths, they use a wonderful blend of botanicals, plenty of delicious citrus, and of course, they finish it off with deliciously bitter cinchona bark.

Maidenii is a collaboration between French wine maker Gilles Lapalus the winemaker at Sutton Grange, and Shaun Byrne, master mixologist/alchemist who on most nights can be found tinkering in Melbourne’s Gin Palace.

Together they developed the Maidenii range of Vermouths using quality wines as a base and a wide range of native and imported herbs, fruits & spices and of course, wormwood.
