Our 21 Year Old Para Tawny is a single vintage wine made from select parcels of the 2003 vintage, carefullydrawn from the barrel and bottled to showcase its unique character. Reflecting the growing conditions of asingle season, the wine was matured in well-seasoned oak hogsheads. Fortified with aromatic, creamy brandyspirit, it has developed spiced and complex characters through extensive aging.
