Grant Burge Shadrach 2018
Grant Burge is a fifth-generation Barossa vigneron and winemaker. The history of the Burge family and their long association with winemaking in the region can be traced back to March 1855, when noted tailor John Burge immigrated to the Barossa from Hillcot, near Pewsey in Wiltshire, England with his wife Eliza and their two sons.
“The 2018 Shadrach Is sourced from two very distinct parts of the Barossa, the Eden Valley, providing wonderful varietal definition and the Southern Barossa Valley, providing richness and plushness. These two regions blended together create our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon.” Craig Stansborough, Chief Winemaker.
