The grapes to make this wine were harvested early from the Tamburlaine vineyards in cool highlands of the Orange wine growing region. Sulphur dioxide has not been added at any stage to this lovely Preservative Free Sparkling wine. The cuvee went through extended lees contact, partial secondary fermentation and careful blending to create extra richness to this low dosage style. The result is remarkable. Natural Milk used in the fining process.

Nose:
Pale gold in colour with pink highlights, and lively bubbles. The nose is vibrant with effervescent citrus and pink lady apple aromas, and maybe a touch of fennel seed.
Palate:
More lemony citrus and apple/pear flavours on the palate, and although it is quite dry, the acid is not searing, but well balanced with the richness. A lovely textural mouth-feel coming from the lees contact during making. The finish had decent length with some nutty complexity.
