The grapes for this wine were grown at Brown Brothers Banksdale vineyard in the upper reaches of the King Valley and they have used 1% Cienna from the Murray Valley to get the rose blush. The fruit was picked with a baumé ranging from 9.5 to 10.5.

This sparkling wine has a soft, rose-gold colour. A delicate nose displaying strawberry, watermelon and apple flavours.
Palate:
