The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of our vineyard sources. Predominantly sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Orange Region. This wine was fermented in 2/3 stainless steel with the balance fermented in neutral French Oak. Time on lees has resulted in a full bodied expression of the Pinot Gris grape.
