Nick O’Leary focuses his winemaking on small parcels of the highest quality Canberra District Riesling and Shiraz. He has been acknowledged as one of the brightest talents in the region. The White Rocks is a single vineyard Riesling grown on the sandy gravelly soils of the old Lake George shore line. With no irrigation the vines reach deep, sourcing moisture at there own will. Low crops deliver intense concentration and fruit power.
