Nose:
Gold/yellow colour with greenish hints. In the nose, aromas suggest broom, white roses, acacia, fern, verbena, lemongrass, and citrus fruit (grapefruit, mandarin). Pine, quince, and fennel appear on the finish.
Palate:
Fresh and mouth-filling wine, dry but with a nice sensation of fruit. Rounded, it is extremely well balanced with a nice acidity necessary for its ageing potential. Roundness and suppleness characterise the terroir of “Saint Pierre” on the local appellation of Lugny.
