Jamiesons Run Shiraz

The original Jamiesons Run was a remote outback sheep station owned by the Jamieson Brothers in the mid 1800s. The winery was named Jamiesons Run as a tribute to their pioneering past. Since the early 1950s Jamiesons Run have been crafting wine from Limestone Coast fruit and have always been at the forefront of vineyard development and fine winemaking.

Bright, clean aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cranberry, combine well with good fresh cherry and fleshy dark plums.

These aromas follow on the palate, a flavours spectrum enhanced with a hint of liquorice and cinnamon spice from lightly toasted oak. A fine medium bodied wine, soft and silky textured. It has good acid balance, and shows an accomplished interplay of flavour, acid and light savoury tannins on the finish.
