Cougar whiskey made by the Lawrenceberg Distillery in Indiana, in the USA. It's aged for a minimum of five years in charred white oak barrels. It's made using an old sour mash recipe.

So what does that mean?

Well, it's kind of like the way you make sour dough bread. A small amount of the mashed grain gets used from the previous batch to make a new batch. It's all very crafty.

A cougar is a big cat. It's a native of Indiana. They're pretty damned smooth.
