This Vodka has been made specifically for Truffles. It is 80% dry neutral spirit (fermented by the crew at Bentspoke) and 20% distilled Murrumbateman Shiraz. The truffles were gown on Mt Majura. Truffles don’t like sweet or citrus flavours and so the Shiraz spirit adds a little fruit flavour but leaves plenty of room for the truffle, including one little truffle at the bottom of the bottle. These are in short supply until the truffle season hits full production.
