Ca' del Baio Nebbiolo Langhe 2016
The grapes for this wine are carefully selected by various family Nebbiolo vineyards. The harvest by hand takes place in September, and the grapes are then destemmed and pressed immediately. The subsequent fermentation takes place in the temperature-controlled stainless steel tank.
