Brookland Valley Estate Chardonnay 2018
Sourced from the Brookland Valley Estate vineyard in Wilyabrup, the grapes were hand-picked at optimal flavour and transported to the winery for whole-bunch pressing. The pressed juice was transferred to French oak barriques and allowed to undergo indigenous yeast fermentation. Following primary ferment the wine was left on lees for a period of eight months. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation on yeast lees, with occasional stirring whilst in barrel.
