Nose:
This is very lean sauvignon blanc, deliciously dry and sprinkled with a hit of peppery spice for interest.
Palate:
It's long, refreshing and racy with a fine mineral kick in the finish. Simple tropical fruit juiciness comes to play. Nothing cerebral, but it doesn't have to be - a good thirst slaker is sometimes the order of the day.
