For Bollinger, champagne is first and foremost a fine wine. The art of winemaking begins with the vines, on the gentle chalk slopes which undulate as far as the eye can see. The Bollinger vineyard, one of the most prestigious of the Champagne winegrowing area, reflects a little of the House’s soul.
