Selectively harvested in the cool of the morning, individual parcels were fermented separately, with a small proportion of whole bunches retained to build complexity and structure. Following basket pressing, the wine was matured for 16 months in predominantly seasoned French oak to preserve fruit purity.

Nose:
Ripe raspberry, blueberry and dark cherry are layered with black and white pepper, aniseed, savoury herbs and delicate violet florals.
Palate:
The palate is vibrant and refined, with juicy plum, fine tannins and subtle oak complemented by layers of pepper and sweet spice, finishing long and balanced.
