St Germain Elderflower Liqueur 500mL

St-Germain is a French liqueur made from hand-picked elderflower blossoms. The flowers are gathered each year in the foothills of the French Alps, where elder grows in abundance, during the brief late-spring window when the blooms are at their most fragrant.

The blossoms are macerated in a neutral grape spirit within a couple of days of harvest to capture their delicate aroma at its freshest. The result is a liqueur said to hold the essence of up to a thousand blossoms in every bottle.
