A deep, concentrated and immensely opulent Shiraz that comes from the distinctive Bethany Village in the heart of the Barossa. Dense blackberry and dark plum on the nose with a lick of dark chocolate. Smooth and slightly earthy palate with an understated tannin influence. Something to get your teeth into here.
