Bleasdale has been using Cabernet Franc in blends for over 25 years. The opportunity to present the varietal on its own was too hard to resist, especially as a bouncy, fresh and crunchy red.
This wine has been made with minimal yet attentive winemaking and is bottled with low sulphites for early consumption, a perfect spring/summer red.
