Nose:
ale pink, with peach skin hues and very fine bubbles. Classic Pinot Noir stone fruit aromas, peach and background cranberry notes in the foreground, in the background fresh dough and biscuit characters derived from long yeast ageing. In the mouth, there is a sense of finesse and delicacy. Pinot Noir fruit characters of red berry and ripe peach are on display, with some grapefruit in the background very fine acidity completes the picture, with length of flavour.
