Nose:
Quite tight aromatics with hints of green passionfruit from the sauvignon blanc and a subtle, ‘chalky’ aroma from the semillon component.
Palate:
A great drinking wine with a terrific balance between the overt, fresh passionfruit flavours from the Sauvignon Blanc fruit which are moderated by the less fruity, and less aromatic characters of the Semillon component. The lovely flavours of lemon and lime, together with the fresh passionfruit characters have produced a wine with good palate length and a deliciously clean dry finish.
