The Taittinger Brut Réserve combines the fruit of between 30 to 50 premium Champagne vineyards and, after the completion of fermentation, it is aged in the House’s cellars for 3 to 4 years to ensure that upon release it is aromatic, mature and refined.

Nose:
The nose is very expressive and open with a combination of both fruity and bready aromas. Peach, white flowers and vanilla all become apparent as the wine evolves in the glass.
Palate:
The bead is noticeably refined and on the palate one notes a harmonious, delicate and lively blend of fresh fruit and honey flavours.
Varietal Composition:
On average the blend consists of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (40%).
