Reserve Bin A Chardonnay is a contemporary and expressive Adelaide Hills chardonnay.
The fruit is hand-picked into small bins and then whole-bunch pressed. A portion of the juice is allowed to undergo a natural fermentation. Additional complexity is achieved by fermenting and maturing on solids with regular bâttonage. 100% malolactic fermentation (all natural).

Nose:
The wine has a pale yellow-green color and a complex aroma of white tropical fruit, subtle reductive flint notes, and a touch of floral.
Palate:
On the palate, the wine is taut with well-integrated wood nuances, good acidity, and white peach, mineral, and saline notes. The finish is long and lingering with hints of lime.
