A Barolo of precision and vertical energy. Vietti’s Ravera 2021 comes from Novello’s limestone-clay slopes, planted with Nebbiolo since 1935 and today averaging over thirty years of vine age. Sitting at 400 metres above sea level, the cru is known for its freshness and mineral tension, a counterpoint to the more generous styles of neighbouring sites.
Fermented in steel with the traditional submerged-cap method and aged for over thirty months in large oak, the 2021 Ravera captures the cru’s taut, structured personality.
