Singlefile Great Southern Riesling

Singlefile’s Great Southern Riesling is bright and pale gold, and the aromatics displaying the classic riesling characters of the area in apple blossom and citrus. The palate shows a dry styled riesling displaying lime zest, Granny Smith apple and subtle mineral undertones. The finish is clean, with mouthwatering acidity and a lingering fruit presence. The light lees work adds a softly textured, supple mouthfeel. It is anticipated in time this wine will evolve to display pronounced minerality and richness, while retaining its refreshing acidity.

The 2022 vintage won Best Wine of the Canberra International Riesling Challenge with 98 points.
