Planted in 2001 across three distinct soil types, black volcanic over limestone, quartz gravel with ironstone, and grey sandy loam, Tout Pres is a densely spaced, high-altitude vineyard whose name fittingly means “very cosy”. Each vine competes intensely, yielding fruit of remarkable concentration and natural tension.
