Sinapius Gruner Veltliner 2019
Sinapius is located in the heart of the Pipers Brook wine region in Northern Tasmania, above the banks of the Pipers Brook. The original 2-hectare vineyard was purchased by Vaughn Dell & Linda Morice, in 2005.
The Grüner Veltliner was handpicked and destemmed allowing a few hours of skin contact prior to pressing. The wine was naturally fermented in a new, 1500 litre oak foudré, where it remained on yeast lees for 10 months.

Fine and textural, with layers of preserved lemon, fresh cut pineapple, and spring blossom, with beautiful line and length.
